Founded by a fully female team including our CEO, Rosie Dallas, who by 30 had cofounded 4 successful businesses, 2 of which have sold in the tens of millions (one being Fat Llama acq $40m in 2022). She and her cofounders, Erin Wolfe (CRO) and Iona Ryder (CTO) are passionate about building community and finding innovations in every field.
We're passionate about discovering innovations and witnessing the world evolve. Our brand is focused on the future, staying ahead of the curve, and creating those magical 'oo' moments when you experience something new and exciting. We strive to make your interactions with Curve memorable and keep you informed about the latest developments.
We value all things modern so that very much includes diversity and inclusion. We work to keep our club an equal balance of men and women and do our best to keep as much balance as we can across social and ethic backgrounds too. Although sadly so many minorities are under represented in business so this is a challenge but something we hope to actively improve in time. We think everyone learns and benefits from being around diverse perspectives.
That said, whilst different in some ways, our Curve Committee work hard to only admit people who have all our 3 core attributes in common:
To help founders by inspiring them to be more ambitious and motivating them to get more shit done.
Bringing together such amazing people turns us into a very powerful collective voice. This includes advocating for diversity, supporting underrepresented minorities in business, assisting young talent in entering the industry, urging governments to prioritize environmental issues, and engaging in various positive initiatives. Rest assured, decisions on our collective efforts will be made collaboratively.
Founding a business is a unique journey, often challenging to relate to others. Curve connects individuals who share similar entrepreneurial experiences, providing a platform to share the highs and lows of the journey together.
As founders, our role is to maintain the vision and inspire those around us. This entails projecting confidence even in challenging times and staying positive about our endeavors, whether communicating with the press, investors, employees, or even our parents. At Curve Club, authenticity is a core principle—we encourage dropping barriers and speaking candidly to a supportive community that truly understands.
